Practical Information

Individual Work:

A single session lasts 60, 75 or 90 minutes.

Please wear or bring along some comfortable clothes. For this work, please come to the couch wearing long (jogging) trousers or leggings, a long-sleeved top and socks. A second pair of thick socks can be beneficial. Silk and hoodies should be avoided.

Please give me a phone number on which I can reach you in an emergency.

A previously agreed single session can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without being billed. If the cancellation occurs later, it must unfortunately be charged.

The time intervals between appointments depend on your previous knowledge and personal development in the work process. In general, it makes sense to start with about ten individual sessions at weekly intervals, later extending the time between appointments.


Group Work:

Please sign up via e-mail no later than two days before the class.

Please wear or bring along some comfortable clothes. We work without shoes.


On request, I will prepare a customised quote for your organisation.

We can also work on your own premises.
